Eligibility
A refund request must come from the person or organisation named on the confirmation email, sent to info@flow-mappoint.digital with the sitting name and the date we confirmed. We do not refund “because the vendor UI changed” or because a chart did not move after class; the sitting is teaching, not a performance guarantee.
Timeframe
For Chart Table, Night Watch, Retention Drawing, Experiment Table, and Mobile Funnel Practice, you may cancel for a full refund of the sitting fee up to 14 days after confirmation, provided the first studio hour has not occurred. After that window, see partial refunds below. Field Notes may be refunded within 14 days of delivery if you have not requested the included clarifying question and you return or delete the files as we instruct.
United Kingdom consumers keep any cooling-off rights that cannot be excluded. If those rights are wider than this page, those rights win.
Full and partial refunds
Full refund: within the 14-day window above, or if we cancel a sitting and cannot offer a later date you accept. Partial refund: if you withdraw after the first studio hour but before week four of an eight-week sitting (or before the midpoint of a shorter sitting), we retain 40% of the fee for work already reserved in a small room, and return the rest. After the midpoint, fees are not refunded except where we are at fault (tutor absence we cannot replace, or a sitting that cannot run).
Non-refundable items
Travel to Bearley, your own software licences, and any privately printed materials you commissioned are not refundable by us. Night Watch follow-up letters already sent are not unwritten; the unused private hours can be credited to a later sitting within 12 months rather than cashed out, unless we cancelled them.
Process
Email the studio. We confirm receipt within two working days and say whether the request is full, partial, or declined, with a short reason. If we need a return of Field Notes files, we will say so in that reply. Do not send payment-card numbers in email.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds travel back by the original payment method where the processor allows it, otherwise by UK bank transfer to the paying entity. We aim to instruct the refund within 10 working days of approval; the bank’s arrival time is outside our studio. Currency conversion costs on your side stay with you.
Cancellation by us
If fewer than six people confirm a sitting, we may cancel up to 10 days before the first hour and refund in full or move you to the next date. We will not keep a fee for a room that did not open.
Exceptions
Conduct dismissals under the terms are not refunded beyond unused private Night Watch hours, which we will credit. If illness or a dependant emergency falls after the midpoint, write to us; we may offer a later sitting rather than cash, at our discretion, because the map table cannot be re-run as a recording.
