Acceptance
By using flow-mappoint.digital or taking a place on a Flow Mappoint programme, you agree to these terms. If you are buying for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. We may refuse a place where the sitting would be the wrong shape for the work you describe.
The website describes programmes. It does not take payment. A place is formed only when we write to confirm dates and fee, and you accept that confirmation in writing (including email).
The studio and the student
You remain responsible for the product data you bring into a sitting. Do not share secrets you are not allowed to share. We treat student maps as confidential to the room and do not publish them without consent. We may discuss anonymised patterns in the journal.
Recordings of common lectures, where they exist, are licensed to you for personal study during and for twelve months after the sitting. They are not a public courseware licence.
Intellectual property
The Flow Mappoint name, the Signal Atlas frame, syllabi, Field Notes, and site copy are ours. Your tracking plans, product maps, and the raw data of your app remain yours. Feedback we write on your work is licensed to you to use inside your organisation; you may not resell it as a competing curriculum.
You may not scrape the site to train a commercial model on our teaching materials, nor copy sittings as a packaged product.
Accuracy and results
App Analytics judgement is the subject. We do not promise revenue, retention, or hiring outcomes. Examples in case notes are illustrative. Tools named on the site are not endorsements, and we are not a reseller.
Liability
To the extent permitted by United Kingdom law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take after reading a chart in class. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our aggregate liability arising from a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting.
The site is provided as published. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Linked third-party images and fonts are provided by those providers under their own terms.
Conduct
The map table is a small room. Harassment, recording other students without consent, or using the alumni list for unsolicited selling ends access without refund beyond what the refund page already allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property. Consumers in the United Kingdom keep any non-excludable statutory rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future sittings; the version dated on this page applies to website use from that date.
